The objective of the programme was to help young female students to overcome the traditional barriers to Engineering. Over 1000 students attended the programme from 24 schools within the Ashanti Region.

Due to her pronounced mentorship and motivation to students, she gained a call up to be a facilitator for girls’ Science Education by the Lady Julia foundation for all Senior High Schools students in the Ashanti Bekwai district. Her contribution to the Ashanti Regional branch of Ghana Institution of Engineers cannot also be overemphasized. Ing.
