In a remarkable demonstration of his commitment to enhancing the educational experience at Kumasi Technical University (KsTU), the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Gabriel Dwomoh, and his esteemed management team embarked on a comprehensive tour of the Adako Jachie campus. The visit, which encompassed inspections of the newly constructed Faculty of Creative Arts and Technology (FCAT) building, renovations at the GETFUND Hall, and the SRC Hall, showcased the university's dedication to progress and development.

The primary objective of this tour was to assess the progress of the construction of the impressive four-story FCAT building, an essential addition to KsTU's expanding infrastructure. The FCAT building project, initiated by KsTU, is designed to accommodate lecture halls, a library, and offices. Besides its practical functions, this edifice is set to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the Adako Jachie campus and alleviate congestion at the main Asem campus of KsTU. Upon its completion and the subsequent relocation of the FCAT, the Adako Jachie campus will boast a total of three faculties, further fortifying KsTU's commitment to comprehensive and high-quality education.

During the visit, the Vice-Chancellor and his team also had the opportunity to explore the AVIC Engineering Workshop, underscoring the university's dedication to fostering hands-on technical skills and expertise among its students.

The Vice-Chancellor's delegation included key university personnel, such as the Director of Finance, Mr. James Osei Brobbey, the Librarian, Dr. Osei Kuffuor, and the Director of Works, Surv. Engr. Sekyere Divine Comla, the Director of Internal Audit, Mr. Edward Ansah, as well as several senior staff members. Their presence underscored the collective effort and commitment of KsTU's leadership to realize the university's vision for a state-of-the-art campus.

This visit reflects the Vice-Chancellor's dedication to gaining firsthand insights into the Adako Jachie campus's needs and opportunities for improvement.
