Erasmus+ Exchange Program is one of the most prestigious and mature exchange programs in Europe. Its former body is Erasmus program which was founded in 1987. After nearly 30 years of implementation, for benefiting the whole world, ERASMUS program upgraded to ERASMUS+ at the beginning of 2014. Erasmus+ Program combining all the EU's current schemes for education, training, youth and sport and beneficial regions covered nearly all over the world, Palestine is one of the regions involved. Within this scope, we have been informed by Turkey National Agency that the Turkish higher education institutions can carry out the exchange activity with the Partner Countries’ HEIs (High Education Institutions) since 2014.   Since year 2022, Anadolu University and Kumasi Technical University established Erasmus+ Partner relationship.  In 2022-2023 academic year, Anadolu University would like to invite 1 staff for Teaching Mobility from Kumasi Technical University. 

Since Anadolu University only keeps social sciences faculties currently, the participants are expected to be selected from Business Administration field:

Erasmus+ grants for Participant:  

1, Travel Expenses: 820 €.  

2, Erasmus+ Grant: 7 days of Erasmus+ Grants, 140 € per day, 980 € in total. 

 

Payment: 

80% of total grant (1440 €) will be paid to the personal Euro account stated in grant agreement before mobility via remittance, 20% (360 €) will be paid to the same account after mobility via remittance.    

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Interested Staff must apply: https://app.uib.anadolu.edu.tr/en/ not later than 28th February 2023 and upload the following documents:

  • Proof of Employment (Showing the status and duration)
  • National ID or Passport
  • CV
  • Any document that shows the language level (TOEFL, IELTS or University Exam etc.) B2 English Language Certificate
  • Proof of Educational Degree (Diplomas etc.)

Applicants must also submit a hard copy of the application uploaded together with letter of motivation for the mobility and application letter to the Dean of International Affairs and Institutional Linkages, Kumasi Technical University latest by 28th February 2023.

Kumasi Technical University was established in 1954 as Kumasi Technical Institute (K. T. I. ) to offer craft courses. In 1963, the Institute was converted to a non-tertiary Polytechnic status under the Ghana Education Service to start offering, in addition, technician diploma and sub- professional courses.
