We are pleased and excited to announce the 7th International Staff Week Call at Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi, Türkiye. All mobilities are to be realized within the 7th International Staff Week (ISW) on the 12-16 October 2026.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Candidates must apply on https://erasmus.cumhuriyet.edu.tr/2603-incoming-stf-2024-2025-ka171/ starting from 19 April 2026 09:00 to 03 May 2026 16:00 UTC +3. Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi will receive applications via the call link. Any application other than those in this system will not be considered. Subsequently, submit to the KsTU’s Office of Dean of International Affairs and Institutional Linkages hardcopy of your application package containing documents in the following order:
- Application form generated after applying through link
- Photo of the applicant, in which the face is clearly seen, affixed on application form
- Letter of motivation
- Proof of Employment Letter (showing the status and duration)
- Passport biopage copy
- Any document that shows the language level (TOEFL, IELTS or University Exam/Letter etc.)
- Proof of Educational Degree(s) (Diplomas etc.)
Applicants must also submit a soft copy of the application package as a single “.pdf” file to sarfo.mensah@kstu.edu.gh latest by 04 May 2026, 11:00 UTC +00.
