Kumasi Technical University (KsTU), in collaboration with Tokat Gaziomanspasa Üniversitesi (TOGU), Turkey, announces call for applications to participate in the staff mobility programme of the Erasmus+. All the mobilities are obligated to be realized within the framework of 5th International Staff Week on 12.05.2025 - 16.05.2025.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Candidates must apply on https://exchangeprogram.gop.edu.tr by using Pre-register to the system via the "Register & apply" then log in to the system. Your user ID will be your e-mail and the password which you set while preregistering. Required application documents include:
- National ID or Passport
- Any document that shows the language level (TOEFL, IELTS or University Exam etc.)
- Proof of Educational Degree (e.g. Diplomas etc. (Only highest educational degree))
- Letter of Proof of Employment
- Letter of Motivation
- Application letter
Applicants must also submit in person a hard copy of the application uploaded together with all the required listed documents to the Dean of International Affairs and Institutional Linkages, Kumasi Technical University.
IMPORTANT DATES
- Commencement of acceptance of applications: 23.02.2025
- Deadline for submission of application to KsTU IAIL office: 17:00 UTC, 20.03.2025
- Announcement of the results on the website of TOGU: 25.03.2025
