KsTU's SRC Donates Projectors Worth GH₵ 96,920 to Enhance Teaching and Learning

The Students’ Representative Council (SRC) of Kumasi Technical University (KsTU) for the 2023/2024 academic year has made a significant contribution to the advancement of teaching and learning on campus. The SRC has donated 10 state-of-the-art projectors valued at GHȻ 96,920. The projectors were formally handed over to the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Gabriel Dwomoh, during a brief ceremony held at his office.
The presentation was led by the Dean of Students, Prof. Adoma Worae, who emphasised that this donation is part of the SRC’s ongoing efforts to support the academic community. Prof. Worae highlighted that the SRC recognises the importance of modern teaching aids in enhancing the delivery of lectures and improving the overall learning experience for students.
Receiving the equipment on behalf of the University’s management, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Gabriel Dwomoh expressed his gratitude to the SRC for their thoughtful gesture. He commended the SRC for their prudent use of funds and congratulated the team for their dedication to the welfare of students and the university community at large.
In his remarks, Prof. Dwomoh encouraged the SRC to continue putting their resources to good use and urged the incoming SRC administration to build upon the foundation laid by the current leadership. He also took the opportunity to commend the Dean of Students Affairs, Prof. Adoma Worae, for his exemplary leadership and guidance in directing the SRC’s initiatives.
Prof. Dwomoh noted that the Dean of Students has played a pivotal role in ensuring that the SRC’s funds are channelled into projects that have a lasting impact on the University. He applauded Prof. Worae for his instrumental role in steering the SRC’s resources toward meaningful and beneficial projects such as this.
