Gifty Berko (Giberky), Alumna of KsTU, Donates to the Faculty of Creative Arts and Technology

The Faculty of Creative Arts and Technology (FCAT) at Kumasi Technical University (KsTU) has received a generous donation from Gifty Berko, popularly known as Giberky, an accomplished alumna who completed her studies in the late 90s. The donation, which includes various essential items for the faculty, marks a significant act of giving back to her alma mater and fostering continued excellence in creative arts education.
The donation ceremony was attended by staff members from the Faculty of Creative Arts and Technology, who expressed their appreciation for Giberky's generosity. The donated items included high-quality fabrics, a steam iron, fashion magazines, pattern-cutting books, pattern-making paper, and various essential tools that are crucial for the training of students in the faculty.
During a brief handover ceremony held at the JICA Hall, Prof. Thomas Obeng Asare, the Dean of FCAT, expressed his profound gratitude to Giberky for her thoughtful donation. He remarked, "This is a great gesture, one that goes beyond merely understanding the importance of training our students. These items will significantly aid in the practical teaching and learning processes, and we are incredibly thankful to Giberky for her generosity.
