Call for Erasmus+ Applications SUMMER TERM 2023 for students of Kumasi Technical University (KsTU), GHANA

Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development - HNEE (Hochschule für nachhaltige Entwicklung Eberswalde) calls for applications to participate in the Student-Mobility Program of the Erasmus + program during the Summer Term 2022/23. Apply now, if you are interested in studying one semester at the HNEE, Germany!

AREAS OF STUDY PROGRAMMES:

  • Forestry System Transformation (FST) (English B2)
  • Global Change Management (GCM) (English B2)
  • Biosphere Reserves Management (English B2)
  • International Forest Ecosystem Management (IFEM) (English B2 or German B2)

CONDITIONS:

If you are selected to participate in the Erasmus+ programme as an exchange student, you will receive a grant that assures the payment of the living costs in Germany (850€/ month). Each selected participant will also get a travel grant of  (€820) .The summer term 2023 starts on the 20th of March 2023 and ends on the 4th of August 2023. It is expected of all students to arrive at least a week before the start of the term.

APPLICATION:

If you want to participate, you need to apply at HNEE’s online application portal: www.hnee.de/exchangepartner   After applying via the online application form, you will be required to register and upload all your application documents to the portal. As soon as the application period is over, the portal will close.  The online application portal is open between the 18th of August 2022 and the 30th of September 2022. Afterwards, the portal will be closed and new applications can then no longer be submitted.

An application only has a chance of being successful if the documents have been submitted in complete form.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

In addition to the documents above, applicants are also required to attach a maximum of four page proposal spelling out their research interest they intend to develop as their final thesis/dissertation in completion of their studies at Kumasi Technical University.

About KsTU

Kumasi Technical University was established in 1954 as Kumasi Technical Institute (K. T. I. ) to offer craft courses. In 1963, the Institute was converted to a non-tertiary Polytechnic status under the Ghana Education Service to start offering, in addition, technician diploma and sub- professional courses.
