- Monthly Grant to support living expenses.
- Travel Support to help cover transportation costs.
APPLICATION AND SELECTION PROCESS
Interested and eligible students are required to apply for a rigorous internal selection process at KsTU. The selection will be based on academic merit, relevance of the study plan, and overall suitability.
REQUIRED APPLICATION DOCUMENTS:
- A formal Application Letter addressed to the Dean, International Affairs and Institutional Linkages.
- Passport bio page copy
- English Proficiency Certificate
- Endorsed KsTU Academic Transcript/Records
- A Motivation Letter clearly stating reasons for applying, how the exchange will benefit the applicant’s studies and career, and justification(s) for selection.
Hard copies of an application must be submitted in person by the applicant to the Office of the Dean for International Affairs and Institutional Linkages, KsTU. Soft copies must be submitted to sarfo.mensah@kstu.edu.gh for pre-nomination before the deadline: 13:00 GMT on 5th November 2025. Applicants are to ensure that documents are clear and legible. An application that has incomplete documents (both in hard and soft copies and has not been submitted before the deadline shall NOT be considered.
