CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: ERASMUS+ STUDENT MOBILITY PROGRAMME FOR SUMMER SEMESTER 2026

Kumasi Technical University (KsTU) is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the Erasmus+ Graduate Student Mobility Programme for the Summer Semester 2026 at our partner institution: Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development (HNEE), Germany.

 

PROGRAMME DETAILS

Exchange Period: Summer Semester 2026 (Approximately March 16, 2026 – July 31, 2026)

Grant Amount:            €900.00 per month (Stipend)

Travel Contribution:   €820.00 (One-time Travel Grant)

 

ELIGIBLE STUDY PROGRAMMES 

M.Sc.  Forestry System Transformation (Taught in English)

M.Sc.  Biosphere Reserves Management (Taught in English)

M.A.    Sustainable Tourism Management (Taught in English)

M.A.    Sustainable Entrepreneurship & Social Innovation (Some modules require German C1 level)

B.Sc.   International Forest Ecosystem Management (Some modules require German C1 level.)

 

MANDATORY APPLICATION CONDITIONS

  1. Applicants must possess a minimum CEFR B2 English proficiency level

 

  1. Required Documents:
  2. Passport bio page copy
  3. Ghana National ID
  4. Motivational Letter for the specific chosen study programme at HNEE
  5. Current Enrolment Certificate from Kumasi Technical University
  6. Endorsed Transcript of Records (Academic Record)
  7. English Proficiency Certificate

 

  1. Application Process:
  • Hard copies of applications must first be submitted to the Dean, IAIL Office, KsTU, and soft copies to sarfo.mensah@kstu.edu.gh for pre-nomination; ensure that documents are clear and legible.
  • Deadline: 13:00 GMT on 31st October 2025
  • An application that has incomplete documents (both in hard and soft copies) and has not been submitted before the deadline shall NOT be considered.

About KsTU

Kumasi Technical University was established in 1954 as Kumasi Technical Institute (K. T. I. ) to offer craft courses. In 1963, the Institute was converted to a non-tertiary Polytechnic status under the Ghana Education Service to start offering, in addition, technician diploma and sub- professional courses.
