The Human Resource department of Kumasi Technical University recently organised a two-day workshop for administrative staff aimed at enhancing their professional skills and overall job performance. The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Paul Ofori Krah, the Executive Secretary of the Vice Chancellors of Technical Universities of Ghana (VCTUG).
The workshop was designed to provide practical tools and strategies that the participants could use to improve their job performance and contribute more effectively to the success of the university. The workshop covered a variety of topics relevant to administrative staff, such as effective communication skills, time management, customer service, and conflict resolution.
During the workshop, Mr. Krah emphasized the importance of effective communication skills in the workplace. The Vice-Chancellor, Ing. Prof. Osei Wusu-Achaw, also spoke at the workshop, highlighting the importance of the administrative staff to the success of the university.
