Kumasi Technical University, in collaboration with Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development / Hochschule für nachhaltige Entwicklung Eberswalde (HNEE), calls for applications to participate in the Erasmus+ student-mobility programme during winter term 2026/27. CONDITIONS:
If you are selected to participate in the Erasmus+ program as an exchange student, you will receive a grant that assures the payment of the living costs in Germany (900,00€-1.150,00€/month). Each selected participant will also get a travel contribution around 1.100,00€. The winter term 2026/27 starts on September 21st 2026 and ends on February 19th 2027. It is expected of all students to arrive at least a week before the start of the term. Student status must be valid at the time of mobility. Maximum of 5 students will be prenominated.
APPLICATION:
If you wish to participate in the Erasmus+ exchange, first you need to apply directly at your KsTU International Affairs and Institutional Linkages Office. In case you are selected and pre-nominated by KSTU, you will receive further information about the application process from HNEE. Make sure you apply with the following documents:
- Motivational letter for the chosen study programme
- Current enrolment certificate from your home University
- Highschool Diploma Certificate/Results
- A language certificate is not necessary, considering the official language in Ghana is English
- Statement of Academic Records: Endorsed by the Head of Department (Minimum CGPA: 3:00)
- Passport Bio-page Copy
- Proof of Student Status: Valid student’s ID card copy
Only complete applications with all documents will be considered for funding!
Submit both hard and soft copies of your complete application to the Office of the Dean, International Affairs & Institutional Linkages and sarfo.mensah@kstu.edu.gh respectively NOT LATER THAN 21st APRIL 2026 @ 13:00 GMT.
